Trial & Return Policy
**ALL ORDERS ARE ON A TRIAL BASIS** EXCEPT items purchased with Shop Pay Installments are FINAL SALE and not available on trial basis.
We realize that online shopping can be difficult and frustrating, that’s why we have a simple Trial and Return Policy! We want you to love your new show clothes and understand that even though we have done our best to describe the custom piece details and measurements, you will not know for sure until you try it on. Therefore, all of our online orders are on a trial basis and follow the policy below.
Here’s how it works-
When an order is placed, your credit card will be AUTHORIZED for the full amount plus shipping. (Shipping charges are nonrefundable no matter what.)
Once you receive the order, you have 3 days to decide if you love the piece or would like to return it.
IF you love it-
Give us a call to confirm! The total authorized amount on the credit card will be charged. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us!
IF you would like to return the item-
Please contact us via text, phone or email within the 3-day trial period. Use the prepaid return label to mail to us within 5 days of receiving the item. (We encourage all customers to use the enclosed return label due to tracking and insurance coverage.)
All garments must be returned in the same condition it was sent- tags, cleanliness, unworn, etc. It will be the responsibility of the customer if any damage is incurred before returning the garment. All items wanting to be returned must be returned within 5 days of receiving the item. If items are not received and no contact has been made, we will assume the customer would like to keep the items and the credit card will be charged for the full amount.
Once we have received the item back, we will charge the prior authorized card for shipping charges. Any cleaning charges and/or repairs needed to be made will also be charged at this time. We suggest keeping the garments away from smoke, pet hair and other debris until you decide if you will be keeping the item or returning it.
